"Întărirea păcii, drepturile omului și rolul femeilor în implementarea Agendei Femeia, Pacea și Securitatea și reziliența comunitară", realizat în cadrul Acordului de Parteneriat pentru suportul AO Institutului pentru Democrație și Dezvoltare (I4DD) pentru implementarea proiectului DCAF: Consolidarea guvernanței sectorului de securitate în Moldova, cu suportul Suediei. -

I4DD accesses funds and projects, establishes and develops cooperative partnerships, formulates positions and points of view, participates in the improvement of the legal and institutional framework, implements projects, develops studies, researches and offers thematic training, prevention campaigns, but is not limited to these . Areas covered: security, law enforcement, women's agenda, peace and security, conflict resolution, environment, policy development, e.g.

I4DD is dedicated to empowering communities and people (citizens) to live in prosperity and peace in a society based on democratic governance, rule of law and human rights.

Mandate
The promotion of human rights/liberties based on gender balance and gender equality, in a democratic society and based on the values of the rule of law, as well as in the spirit of the values of the national and international legal framework, unanimously accepted, which ensures well-being, legality and prosperity.

It was created by 2 women and 2 men with strong reflection and professionalism. The team members have more than 15 years of experience in the public and non-governmental sector, related to the implementation of international projects. AO I4DD is a women-led organization.
