AO Institute for Democracy and Development (I4DD) announces the completion of its Strategic Plan for 2026–2030, a document that defines the organization’s strategic directions, intervention priorities, and objectives for the next five years.
The initial concept of the Strategy was developed in 2025 within the project “Enabling Peace, Human Rights and Women’s Role in Implementation of the WPS Agenda and Community Resilience”, implemented under the Partnership Agreement between DCAF – Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance and AO I4DD.
Building on this concept, the organization developed and consolidated a comprehensive Strategic Plan, accompanied by RAF – Results and Accountability Framework, ensuring a results oriented and impact driven approach.
The 2026–2030 Strategic Plan sets out four key intervention priorities::
- Governance and European Integration
- Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution and Reintegration
- Human Rights and Gender Equality
- Organizational Development of I4DD
Through these strategic directions, I4DD aims to contribute to crearea unei societăți mai echitabile, pașnice și bine guvernate în Republica Moldova, în care drepturile omului, participarea civică și reziliența comunităților sunt consolidate în mod durabil.
The development of the Strategic Plan and the RAF for 2026–2030 was carried out with the support of an international expert, within the project “Voices of Leadership: Women Shaping the Impact”implemented with the support of UN Women Moldova and through the WHPF Fund, during the period 1 November 2025 – 30 April 2026..
Through this new strategic framework, I4DD reaffirms its commitment to promoting democracy, good governance, sustainable peace, and gender equality, actively contributing to the processes of transformation and modernization of society.
