21 August 2026, \u0218tefan Vod\u0103 district<\/strong> \u2014 The Institute for Democracy and Development (I4DD), in partnership with the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders (GNWP), conducted a workshop dedicated to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) of the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Agenda and its integration within the Humanitarian\u2013Development\u2013Peace Triple Nexus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event aimed to strengthen the capacities of local leaders, community actors, women leaders and public institutions to apply effective monitoring, learning and evaluation tools that are gender sensitive and conflict sensitive, in order to improve the implementation of the WPS Agenda in the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MEL workshop is not merely technical. It is built to show who benefits, who is left behind, how interventions shape local dynamics, and how humanitarian action, development and peacebuilding are interconnected. Through this approach, monitoring and evaluation can help make policies and projects more equitable, more relevant and more sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
