Institute for Democracy and Development (I4DD) announces the completion <strong>of its Strategic Plan for 2026\u20132030<\/strong>, a document that defines the organization\u2019s strategic directions, intervention priorities, and objectives for the next five years.<\/p>\n<p>The initial concept of the Strategy was developed in 2025 within the project <strong>\u201cEnabling Peace, Human Rights and Women\u2019s Role in Implementation of the WPS Agenda and Community Resilience\u201d<\/strong>, implemented under the Partnership Agreement between <strong>DCAF \u2013 Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance<\/strong> and AO I4DD.<\/p>\n<p>Building on this concept, the organization developed and consolidated a <strong>comprehensive Strategic Plan<\/strong>, accompanied by <strong>RAF \u2013<\/strong> <strong>Results and Accountability Framework<\/strong>, ensuring a results oriented and impact driven approach.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026\u20132030 Strategic Plan sets <strong>out four key intervention priorities:<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Governance and European Integration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Peacebuilding, Conflict Resolution and Reintegration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Human Rights and Gender Equality<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Organizational Development of I4DD<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Through these strategic directions, I4DD aims to contribute to <strong>crearea unei societ\u0103\u021bi mai echitabile, pa\u0219nice \u0219i bine guvernate \u00een Republica Moldova<\/strong>, \u00een care drepturile omului, participarea civic\u0103 \u0219i rezilien\u021ba comunit\u0103\u021bilor sunt consolidate \u00een mod durabil.<\/p>\n<p>The development of the Strategic Plan and the RAF for 2026\u20132030 was carried out with the support of <strong>an international expert<\/strong>, within the project <strong>\u201cVoices of Leadership: Women Shaping the Impact\u201d<\/strong>implemented with the support of <strong>UN Women Moldova<\/strong> and through the <strong>WHPF Fund, during the period 1 November 2025 \u2013 30 April 2026.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Through this new strategic framework, I4DD reaffirms its commitment to promoting democracy, good governance, sustainable peace, and gender equality, actively contributing to the processes of transformation and modernization of
