De\u0219i au reu\u0219it s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 un num\u0103r semnificativ de diplome universitare, ascensiunea c\u0103tre func\u021bii de lider \u00een special \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii, ap\u0103r\u0103rii sau \u00een institu\u021biile cu rol decizional r\u0103m\u00e2ne limitat. Evolu\u021bia femeii, at\u00e2t pe plan social, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een structura militar\u0103, este evident\u0103, \u0219i integrarea dimensiunii de gen la nivel global este recunoscut\u0103 ca un instrument esen\u021bial pentru atingerea obiectivelor men\u021bionate \u00een numeroase documente interna\u021bionale. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, problematica egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen este de o actualitate deosebit\u0103 \u0219i la nivel na\u021bional.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Femeile, Pacea \u0219i Securitatea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este de remarcat c\u0103, \u00een anul 2000, Consiliul de Securitate al ONU a adoptat Rezolu\u021bia 1325 privind Femeile, Pacea \u0219i Securitatea (Women, Peace and Security), consider\u00e2nd un reper fundamental \u00een promovarea \u0219i includerea perspectivei de gen \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i ap\u0103r\u0103rii. Pentru prima dat\u0103, printr-un astfel de document, Consiliul a recunoscut c\u0103 femeile sunt printre cele mai afectate de conflictele armate \u0219i c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 joace un rol esen\u021bial \u00een prevenirea \u0219i solu\u021bionarea acestora.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimele decenii, implicarea femeilor \u00een sectorul tradi\u021bional dominat de b\u0103rba\u021bi, precum securitatea \u0219i ap\u0103rarea, a cunoscut o dezvoltare semnificativ\u0103. \u00cen actualul context interna\u021bional, marcat de provoc\u0103ri multiple, de o interconectare accentuat\u0103 \u00eentre state \u0219i de necesitatea urgent\u0103 de a r\u0103spunde unor riscuri emergente, diversitate \u0219i integrarea unor perspective diferite devin factori esen\u021biali pentru eficien\u021ba \u0219i adaptabilitatea acestor domenii. Femeile lider din aceste sectoare aduc nu doar o abordare unic\u0103 \u00een managementul echipelor \u0219i luarea deciziilor, dar contribuie \u0219i la crearea unui mediu de lucru mai incluziv \u0219i mai adaptabil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Cum sunt v\u0103zute lucrurile ast\u0103zi<\/h5>\n<p>Domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i ap\u0103r\u0103rii sunt considerate sectoare care implic\u0103 adesea un grad ridicat de risc, unde deciziile luate sub presiune sunt vitale, iar munca \u00een echip\u0103 \u0219i coeziunea reprezint\u0103 esen\u021ba succesului. Ast\u0103zi, aceste domenii r\u0103m\u00e2n profund marcate de structuri \u0219i culturi organiza\u021bionale conservatoare, \u00een care b\u0103rba\u021bii sunt de cele mai multe ori considera\u021bi potrivi\u021bi cu pozi\u021biile de putere \u0219i autoritate. Ca urmare, femeile care acced la func\u021bii de conducere se confrunt\u0103 cu numeroase provoc\u0103ri, de la stereotipuri de gen care le pun sub semnul \u00eentreb\u0103rii abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i aptitudinile, p\u00e2n\u0103 la obstacole \u00een echilibrarea vie\u021bii profesionale \u0219i personale. Aceste provoc\u0103ri sunt adesea amplificate de insuficien\u021ba unor politici institu\u021bionale care s\u0103 le sus\u021bin\u0103 evolu\u021bia profesional\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 le ofere sprijin real pentru a dep\u0103\u0219i barierele existente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Date statistice<\/h5>\n<p>Conform celor mai recente sondaje efectuate de Biroul Na\u021bional de Statistic\u0103 al Republicii Moldova, propor\u0163ia b\u0103rba\u021bilor conduc\u0103tori de toate nivelurile este mai mare dec\u00e2t cea a femeilor \u00een func\u021bii de conducere. Astfel \u00een anul 2022, din totalul conduc\u0103torilor de toate nivelurile, 55,4% au fost b\u0103rba\u0163i, iar 44,6% &#8211; femei. De asemenea participarea femeilor la luarea deciziilor \u00een Parlament relev\u0103 o reprezentare a femeilor \u00een propor\u0163ie de 40,4%, la \u00eenceputul anului 2024 (din 99 deputa\u0163i 40 erau femei), \u00een compara\u021bie cu 31,6% la nivel european \u0219i 26,9% la nivel global.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt studiu realizat \u00een baza datelor Biroului Na\u021bional de Statistic\u0103, relev\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een ultimii zece ani, \u00een Republica Moldova a sporit diferen\u021ba dintre salariile b\u0103rba\u021bilor \u0219i femeilor. Astfel, \u00een 2023 indicatorul a \u00eenregistrat cea mai mare cre\u0219tere, femeile av\u00e2nd salarii cu 15,6% mai mici dec\u00e2t b\u0103rba\u021bii. Totodat\u0103, femeile din R. Moldova ridic\u0103 \u0219i pensii mai mici, inclusiv din cauza remuner\u0103rii mai proaste. O alt\u0103 statistic\u0103 prezentat\u0103 este ponderea femeilor din num\u0103rul total al angaja\u021bilor organelor de poli\u021bie, inclusiv din protec\u021bia civil\u0103 \u0219i serviciul de frontier\u0103 la \u00eenceputul anului 2023 a fost de 25,3%, pe c\u00e2nd onderea femeilor din num\u0103rul total al judec\u0103torilor, la \u00eenceputul anului 2024 a constituit 50,8%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Diversitatea<\/h5>\n<p>Studiile arat\u0103 c\u0103 femeile de\u021bin o gam\u0103 variat\u0103 de abilit\u0103\u021bi valoroase, precum empatia, abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare \u0219i capacitatea de a gestiona conflictele, toate acestea fiind esen\u021biale pentru stabilirea unui climat\u00a0 de\u00a0 \u00eencredere\u00a0 \u0219i\u00a0 colaborare.\u00a0 \u00cen\u00a0 plus, diversitatea\u00a0 de gen \u00een\u00a0 structurile\u00a0 de\u00a0 conducere contribuie la o abordare mai echilibrat\u0103 a problemelor \u0219i deschide calea c\u0103tre inova\u021bie \u00een rezolvarea provoc\u0103rilor complexe de securitate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Prototipul femeilor din sectorul de aplicare a legii<\/h5>\n<p>Prezen\u021ba femeilor \u00een func\u021bii de conducere \u00een domeniul de securitate \u0219i ap\u0103rare promoveaz\u0103 o imagine modern\u0103 \u0219i incluziv\u0103 a acestor sectoare, sporind astfel atractivitatea acestora pentru tinerele genera\u021bii. Institu\u021biile care reu\u0219esc s\u0103 integreze eficient liderii femei sunt mai bine preg\u0103tite s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 schimb\u0103rilor sociale \u0219i s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 nevoilor unei societ\u0103\u021bi diverse.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-un context global marcat de schimb\u0103ri rapide \u0219i de noi tipuri de amenin\u021b\u0103ri, rolul femeilor \u00een sectoarele de securitate \u0219i ap\u0103rare devine din ce \u00een ce mai relevant. Implicarea femeilor lider \u00een aceste domenii aduce o perspectiv\u0103 complex\u0103 \u0219i valoroas\u0103, contribuind la dezvoltarea unor structuri organiza\u021bionale mai echilibrate \u0219i mai capabile s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 diverselor provoc\u0103ri. Este binevenit s\u0103 fie \u00eencurajate toate femeile, fetele, care nu au avut \u00eenc\u0103 curajul s\u0103 \u00eencerce, s\u0103 sar\u0103 cu para\u0219uta, s\u0103 efectueze trageri la tir, s\u0103 piloteze, s\u0103 fac\u0103 ceea ce poate de mult timp \u00ee\u0219i doresc dar li se pare c\u0103 e ceva b\u0103rb\u0103tesc. Nu exist\u0103 profesii pentru femei \u0219i profesii pentru b\u0103rba\u021bi, trebuie s\u0103 existe doar dorin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5>Opinie proprie<\/h5>\n<p>\u00cen concluzie vom men\u021biona c\u0103 de\u0219i progresele \u00een cre\u0219terea particip\u0103rii femeilor \u00een roluri de conducere sunt evidente, aceste domenii continu\u0103 s\u0103 fie afectate uneori de provoc\u0103ri culturale \u0219i structurale care necesit\u0103 m\u0103suri eficiente \u0219i de lung\u0103 durat\u0103. Pentru a accelera procesul de integrare \u0219i a maximiza impactul pozitiv al femeilor lider, institu\u021biile de securitate \u0219i ap\u0103rare ar fi binevenit s\u0103 ofere numeroase investi\u021bii \u00een\u00a0 strategii\u00a0 de\u00a0 incluziune\u00a0 pentru\u00a0 a\u00a0 \u00eencuraja diversitatea de gen la toate nivelurile. Doar printr-un angajament constant \u0219i prin implementarea unor politici echitabile \u0219i transparente, se poate asigura o reprezentare real\u0103 \u0219i eficient\u0103 a femeilor \u00een pozi\u021bii de conducere. \u00cen acest fel, institu\u021biile de securitate \u0219i ap\u0103rare vor deveni mai adaptabile, inovatoare \u0219i capabile s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 provoc\u0103rilor contemporane cu o perspectiv\u0103 mai echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i incluziv\u0103.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen ultimele trei decenii, femeile au \u00eenregistrat progrese remarcabile \u00een numeroase sfere, cu excep\u021bia ocup\u0103rii pozi\u021biilor de conducere.
